Job Overview:
NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in marketing, logistics, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed targets in the Midwest region, leveraging market insights and customer knowledge.
  • Represent the entire product portfolio across all end markets, managing all transactional accounts in the assigned geography.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using both self-generated and marketing-provided leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong network through industry events, promoting the NES Fircroft brand.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for key accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools and virtual platforms for prospecting, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and address customer needs efficiently.
  • Achieve sales quotas and objectives by securing new business from both new and existing customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports to management, and address any challenges promptly.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Deliver and manage the Midwest sales budget while conducting financial analyses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Support Trading Management in adapting to market changes, customer demands, and competitive pressures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a marketing/commercial function, with at least 3 years in liquid fuel marketing, logistics, NGL industry, or a combination of education and experience.

  • In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
