We are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives within the Pacific Northwest region. As a trusted ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our groundbreaking SHIELD technology to primary care providers and gastroenterologists, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify early adopters and generate adoption of SHIELD within the region.
  • Establish strong partnerships with national, regional, and local laboratories to secure phlebotomy draw agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers in the assigned region.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-12 direct reports, ensuring effective coaching and development of the sales force.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, drive performance through coaching and motivation, and provide clear expectations and ongoing feedback.
  • Manage regional sales targets, maintain ongoing reporting, and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Ensure the effective use of sales processes and approved product marketing material by the regional sales force.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and recruit top talent to fill open territories.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the region, inclusive of budgets, travel, territory management, and goal setting.
  • Cultivate customer insights, market trends, and competitive data from sales forces and communicate with leadership and peers.
  • Leverage product expertise to effectively present and discuss technology and clinical benefits with customers.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and commercial team members to optimize business performance within health systems.
  • Maintain a high level of market, customer, distribution, and product knowledge necessary to accomplish sales and marketing objectives.
  • Demonstrate GHI's values by acting with integrity, respect, trust, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of direct experience in customer-facing sales roles in medical, diagnostic, or med-device industries, with a history of consistent closing abilities and meeting/exceeding expectations.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership/Sales management capacities, with demonstrated measurable revenue generation.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams promoting products/services directly to primary care providers, gastroenterologists, and their practices.
  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive successful relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and educate others.

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary range of $175,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications.
