Regional Sales Vice President of Sales

Dataiku is a pioneering AI platform that makes data actionable and accessible. We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Vice President of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team in the Western US region.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to achieve aggressive targets within the Western US region
- Implement a disciplined pipeline generation strategy, driving the team to create new opportunities
- Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing team of Account Executives to ensure they operate with a high degree of pipeline discipline
- At least eight years of software sales experience, including evidence of leading a team toward quota attainment and acquiring new logos
- Experience building successful teams, specifically accelerating growth in team size
- Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline, including ability to motivate the team to self-create and close-pipeline management and time management skills
