Culinary Operations Manager

The Culinary Operations Manager at Aramark is a leadership role dedicated to crafting and executing dining solutions tailored to meet the preferences and requirements of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Utilize Aramark's coaching framework to inspire and develop team members to achieve their highest potential.
- Acknowledge and reward employee contributions.

- Organize and conduct daily team briefings.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
Client Relations
- Assess client needs and relay operational updates effectively.
Financial Management
- Oversee the preparation and upkeep of Profit and Loss statements.
- Achieve financial targets set by both the client and the company.
- Familiarize with Aramark's processes and systems, comprehend performance metrics, and educate teams on key factors to enhance profitability.
Operational Efficiency
- Deliver value through streamlined operations, effective cost management, and profit oversight.
- Adhere to Operational Excellence principles by meeting food and labor goals.
- Ensure the entire team is trained and capable of executing these standards.
- Supervise the team in areas of production, quality, and control.
Compliance
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines, particularly those related to safety, health, and labor.
Additional Duties
- Lead the front-of-house operations in collaboration with the Food Service Director.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver an exceptional product to the customer.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management capacity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to foster effective relationships with clients and customers for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service in line with Aramark's service standards.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive food service experience for all customers.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
