The Warehouse Lead is a critical role within The Martin-Brower Company, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods, as well as providing guidance and support to warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shift Supervisor in training and developing warehouse staff
- Conduct daily shift meetings to review safety protocols and discuss ongoing projects
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels and shipping schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
