Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Direct and manage all facets of the restaurant, making critical decisions that affect operations.
- Financial Management: Comply with company protocols to enhance sales and minimize expenditures, including food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports and payroll tasks.
- Food Safety and Quality: Implement and enforce hygiene standards for food handling and cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas. Guarantee adherence to operational guidelines and legal regulations.
- Guest Relations: Foster a welcoming atmosphere by addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction, transforming complaints into opportunities for improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain security measures to safeguard employees, patrons, and company assets. Promote a safe environment to minimize risks and manage incidents effectively.
- Staff Management: Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff. Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate a strong presence within the local community, encouraging involvement from both the restaurant and its personnel.
- Extensive experience in hospitality management, particularly in high-volume settings.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive and engaging demeanor.
- Ability to motivate and unify staff to meet and exceed service standards.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with a diverse workforce.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring operational excellence.
