Position Summary:

The North America Field Marketing team at Five9 is seeking a Field Marketing Director to spearhead marketing initiatives across the US West regions. This pivotal role acts as a liaison between Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Marketing, ensuring alignment with Five9's corporate objectives through a tailored regional marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging target accounts, and driving sales growth.

This position will take ownership of the field marketing strategy for the US West and will report directly to the VP of North America Field Marketing. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will implement a variety of demand generation and account-based experience (ABX) programs to boost engagement with key accounts and enhance the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and channel teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Innovate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both digital and in-person experiences to achieve marketing and sales targets.
  • Utilize account-based marketing tools to design and assess the effectiveness of programs aimed at engaging target accounts and their influence on the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the enterprise business development team to maximize lead generation and quality, facilitating high-value sales opportunities.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring effective management of the integrated Demand Generation marketing budget.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability for performance and value delivery.
  • Establish success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation within the B2B software technology sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing account-based marketing strategies that effectively engage enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales pipeline targets through regional marketing efforts while managing substantial budgets.
  • Experience in creating impactful ABM campaigns across various marketing channels, including events, digital platforms, and content syndication.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, Asana, and other marketing technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across diverse teams.
  • Must be a permanent resident or US citizen with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Preferred candidates will be located in the US Pacific time zone.

Work Location: This role offers remote flexibility for candidates residing outside a specified radius of our office locations, with hybrid options available for those within proximity.
