The Role: In this pivotal position, reporting to the Regional Director, West, the Regional Retail Leader for the North West will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring a superior in-store experience and driving performance across the district. This role is essential in embodying the Mejuri brand, fostering a productive and inclusive environment where both customers and employees thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of all stores within the district, focusing on profitability and revenue growth.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with Store Managers to set and achieve key performance indicators, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Team Development: Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to cultivate high-performing teams that align with Mejuri's values.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the in-store customer experience by implementing Mejuri's selling and service standards, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Mejuri's culture and values within the community and identifying opportunities for local marketing initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide day-to-day support to Store Managers, ensuring operational standards are met and identifying areas for improvement.
