Regional Marketing Specialist, North America

Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to support the activation of regional programming that drives pipeline growth for our North American market. As a key member of the Global Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for the effective planning, execution, and measurement of regional marketing activities, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and sales outreach programs.

How you impact our vision:

  • Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation and North America Sales teams to execute regional marketing plans that align with overall business and North American pipeline goals.
  • Partner closely with other Marketing functions, such as Global Campaigns, Account-Based Engagement, Corporate Events, and Performance Marketing, to drive maximum impact across our marketing channels for pipeline creation.
  • Research, plan, and execute regional demand generation programs, including physical and virtual events, third-party conferences and trade shows, and ABM tactics. Manage event logistics and execution, including pre- and post-event communications, promotions, branded swag fulfillment, on-site staffing, and internal enablement for Sales teams.
  • Manage SFDC campaign tracking, list uploads and other operational processes to ensure accurate measurement and lead handoff to Sales.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of regional marketing tactics, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in regional, field or event marketing within a B2B environment
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to regional events (up to 20%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate internal leaders/teams across functions
  • Experience with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau
  • Self-starter with a "can do" attitude and a strong sense of teamwork


The base salary range for this position is 78, ,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
