Position Available: Retail Operations Leader

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $55k - $65k (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, motivate, and develop a dedicated store team
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the store
  • Demonstrate effective selling techniques through authentic customer interactions
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to store personnel
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures
  • Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle cash register transactions and merchandise shipments
  • Prepare bank deposits and manage cash needs
  • Oversee training for all staff members
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Set expectations for customer engagement and store operations to optimize sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
