Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies and performance indicators to meet revenue goals and expand the customer base.
  • Ensure the RazerStore experience aligns with brand standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and product selection to guarantee the store is stocked with the latest and most desirable items.
  • Inspire and guide sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales objectives, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing customer interactions while mentoring staff.
  • Analyze sales data and trends regularly to identify improvement opportunities and devise strategies for increased profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to generate excitement around product launches and events, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising that reflect the brand's image.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgets, expenses, and payroll to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Provide training and ongoing development for employees, focusing on brand, category, and product knowledge.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity, both internally and externally.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role within tech or sales-oriented environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in inventory management, sales data analysis, and strategy development.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of industry trends are highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Public speaking and event management experience are advantageous.
