You will serve as the primary representative of the Mejuri brand, responsible for establishing a highly efficient store atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations while promoting an inclusive and supportive environment for your team.

Celebrating achievements with your team is a priority, as is your commitment to the ongoing development and engagement of your team members.

Your role will encompass overseeing all facets of profitability, personnel, and processes within your store, collaborating with People Operations, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to meet and exceed objectives.


Financial Performance:
Accountable for the fiscal health and profitability of your store, you will drive revenue and consistently surpass targets.
Manage the store's expenditures while actively seeking ways to reduce costs.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business and personnel outcomes, devising strategic plans in collaboration with the District Manager to achieve optimal results.

Support your team in establishing and reaching KPI objectives by fostering a culture of performance, cost awareness, and accountability. Develop the necessary business insight to assess results and implement improvements.

Mitigate risks within the store by identifying and addressing any gaps or obstacles to profitability, while safeguarding our assets against internal and external theft, ensuring inventory accuracy, and minimizing shrinkage.

Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team, providing regular feedback to ensure that all locations maintain the appropriate product assortment designed to drive sales and profitability.


Team Development:


Ensure the right personnel are in place at the right time and in the right roles throughout your store.

Participate in the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of talent to build a robust team capable of supporting our expanding business.

Engage in the successful onboarding and integration of new team members into the store.
Regularly assess team performance against established criteria and KPIs.
Foster positive relationships within your team to create an engaging and productive work atmosphere.

Ensure that store schedules are effectively managed with accurate inputs, maintaining the standards of responsible scheduling.

Support a sustainable talent pipeline by providing access to learning opportunities that prepare team members for current and future roles.

Uphold Mejuri's compensation philosophy, ensuring fair remuneration for performance.
Retain high-performing employees while managing the amicable exit of those who are underperforming.
Adhere to compliance practices and collaborate with People Operations to address any escalations as they arise.

Customer Engagement:


Lead by example to ensure a high-quality in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and reinforcing expectations with your team regarding Mejuri's customer service standards.

Provide in-store coaching to staff and the Assistant Store Manager, demonstrating best practices in customer interaction and product knowledge.

Implement client strategies to foster lasting relationships with existing customers while attracting new clientele.
Ensure a positive customer experience and promote service offerings, including personalized options.

Brand Representation:
Act as a champion of Mejuri's culture and values both internally and externally.
Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and community involvement at the store level.

Collaborate with Marketing and Store Services teams to organize quarterly events at each store location.

Seek opportunities to build and maintain relationships within local communities to enhance brand visibility.

Operational Excellence:


Provide daily support to the store team to ensure that all objectives are met, and operational, brand, and product standards are upheld.

Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and obstacles promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Work with Operations teams to conduct successful inventory and cycle counts monthly, ensuring teams have the necessary technology and support.

Promote best practices and ensure the seamless operation of all store functions, enabling teams to achieve their objectives and KPIs.
