Construction Crew Leader

PC Construction is on the lookout for a Construction Crew Leader who will oversee and collaborate with various team members on self-performed projects across multiple trade disciplines, including concrete forming, carpentry, framing, basic roofing, drywall, flooring, ceilings, and siding. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilizing tools, effectively managing personnel, and ensuring project timelines are adhered to. A minimum of three years of experience supervising a commercial construction crew of 5-10 individuals is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of all construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, direct, and supervise the construction team.
  • Interpret blueprints, conduct material take-offs, and procure necessary materials.
  • Organize and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for the crew, incorporating subcontractor work as necessary.
  • Utilize tools as needed and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Travel to various job sites as required.
