About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Safety Leader to oversee our Safety Program within the Energy division. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Safety Program Management**
- Lead the development and implementation of the McKinstry Safety Program.
- Collaborate with safety professionals to ensure effective safety practices at the business unit level.

2. **Leadership and Training**
- Assist in creating annual Safety Business plans for various Business Units.
- Establish safety training expectations and monitor compliance.
- Conduct audits and investigate incidents to assess safety performance.

3. **Project Support**
- Provide guidance to project teams on safety and loss control policies.
- Develop and execute site-specific safety plans tailored to project needs.
- Facilitate safety stand-downs and share lessons learned with project teams.

Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in construction and/or industrial safety.
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is advantageous.
