  • Project Leadership: Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and oversee day-to-day job site activities to manage teams in alignment with project plans.
  • Team Management: Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, and facilitate seamless collaboration through regular communication with the Project Management team.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating with the team for effective solutions.
  • Scheduling: Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule using MS Project, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input, and provide weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Quality Management: Establish pertinent benchmarks for the project and integrate them into the baseline schedule, and implement the Dellbrook|JKS QAQC SOP to ensure our quality standards are upheld.
  • Safety Management: Schedule safety pre-construction meetings for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans, and regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
