Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including routine and complex administrative tasks.
  • Manage office operations, demonstrating the ability to multitask while drafting and editing executive communications, processing correspondence, and managing visitor interactions.
  • Conduct independent research and prepare briefing materials and presentations as required.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain a variety of documents, including spreadsheets, reports, and executive correspondence.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, both electronic and manual, using various software applications.
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, summarizing important information for senior staff.
  • Organize and maintain the office calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Salary Range: Dependent on Experience
