Senior Billing Administrator

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate billing requirements for various partners, secretaries, and their clients. As a Senior Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry into the firm's billing system, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Preparation: Prepare, produce, and finalize invoices for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Electronic Billing: Transmit electronic billing, assess electronic billing processes, and implement system changes as necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate phase, task, and billing codes, and update billing addresses and payer information as needed.
- Client/Attorney Requirements: Coordinate special client billing requests, respond to client accounting emails and help line calls, and assist with preparing client and/or attorney analyses.
- Reporting: Produce ad hoc reports as requested and assist with billing overflow from other offices as needed.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a professional services environment, preferably in law firm billing.
- Experience with financial/billing software packages, including Aderant Expert Billing System.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks, maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing as necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
