Sales Consultant

As a Sales Stylist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales performance. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to customer engagement, sales execution, merchandising, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's legacy and brand values.
- Showcase exceptional product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to every visitor by utilizing The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets and performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Adhere to cash handling protocols set by Levi's Stores.
- Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines diligently.
- Support stock team members with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as necessary.
- Assist in pricing and labeling merchandise as required.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining the store's visual presentation standards and uphold general cleanliness and organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
