Position Overview

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome respiratory patients and assist them with the check-in process
  • Educate patients on the significance of adherence to CPAP therapy
  • Ensure accurate patient documentation during the initiation of respiratory therapy
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries related to respiratory services or sales
  • Oversee all service aspects, including processing physician orders
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to provide equipment training and therapy guidance
  • Facilitate sales and rentals through the point-of-sale system

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
