Front Office Administrator Assistant

Responsibilities and Requirements
This role involves warmly greeting clients and vendors, answering and transferring calls, logging phone calls and documents, and maintaining the reception area and conference rooms. To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you should have demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with office equipment operation and troubleshooting are also essential. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
