About the Role
We are a dynamic medical equipment distributor seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is essential, while bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our offices.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm shipping.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, based on office protocol.
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors as required.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
