Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, warmly greeting clients and vendors, and ensuring they feel comfortable and assisted throughout their visit. Your excellent communication skills in English and Spanish will enable you to effectively answer and transfer calls, log phone calls and documents, and maintain the reception area and conference rooms in a tidy state.
Responsibilities and Requirements
This role involves a range of responsibilities, including answering and transferring calls, logging phone calls and documents, and maintaining the reception area and conference rooms. To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you should have demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with office equipment operation and troubleshooting are also essential. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, pretax health care and dependent care saving accounts, life insurance, paid time off and holidays, and a 5% match on your 401K contributions.
