Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our offices.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm shipping.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, based on office protocol.
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors as required.
