About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Legal Soft Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of law firm clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of law firm clients, providing tailored solutions and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement account management plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate business challenges.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to client accounts and business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Legal industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Location: Phoenix, AZ
