Job Opportunity:

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Client Portfolio Manager to join our team at Legal Soft Solution. This role will see you working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals. As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of law firm clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support, and providing strategic advice to clients to help them navigate business challenges. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing account management plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction, as well as tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to client accounts and business development efforts.

We are looking for a driven and results-focused individual who has a strong background in account management, sales, or business development, preferably with experience in the legal industry.
