Strategic Account Growth Manager

Influential Inc., a leading marketing agency, is seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our high-performing team. With a proven track record of driving results and exceeding client expectations, you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing results
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or sales agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on results-driven delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities, with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis software
