Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing results
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or sales agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on results-driven delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities, with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis software
