About the Role
We are in search of skilled, service-oriented individuals to enhance our exceptional team. The Senior IRA Services Representative plays a crucial role in providing expertise and support to Members and Participants regarding Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).

Compensation Details:
The salary range for this position is outlined below. Our compensation structures are designed to accommodate candidates with varying levels of expertise and experience, allowing for growth and advancement over time. Typical salary offers for new hires generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the specified pay range. Any offer made will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications, skills, education, and experience, as well as considerations of internal equity.

Pay Range:
$41.25

Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours

Key Responsibilities
As a subject matter expert, you will:

  • Address complex or escalated inquiries from Members/Participants regarding Individual Retirement Accounts promptly.
  • Respond to requests from school district offices while demonstrating a solid understanding of applicable laws and IRS regulations.
  • Handle both telephone and written inquiries, conducting thorough research to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Manage the processing of retirement account transfers, rollovers, trustee-to-trustee transfers, and distributions.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, investigate fees, and rectify tax statement issues, ensuring compliance with necessary tax documentation.
  • Offer technical guidance to branches, departments, and school districts concerning IRA products.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance and complete assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations relevant to specific job functions. Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience with Retirement Accounts is preferred.
  • NASD Series 6 license is preferred.
  • CIP or CPS designation is preferred.
