Position Overview
The IRA Services Representative plays a crucial role in assisting Members and colleagues with various retirement products, including Individual Retirement Accounts and Deferred Compensation Plans. This position offers a competitive salary range and the opportunity for professional growth.
Compensation:
$32.88 per hour
Weekly Hours:
40 hours
Key Responsibilities
As an IRA Services Representative, you will:
- Provide timely responses to Member inquiries regarding retirement products.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the laws and IRS regulations that govern retirement plans.
- Address complex inquiries from Members and internal departments, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Facilitate account transfers, rollovers, and distributions with precision.
- Maintain comprehensive records, address tax statement issues, and ensure compliance with mandatory distribution requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
In addition to the primary duties, you will:
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
- Adhere to regulatory compliance and complete required training, including BSA regulations relevant to your role.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with retirement accounts.
