Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of accounting specialists, senior associates, and associates, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance the outsourced accounting practice.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering value, identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
- Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations for a diverse client base, reviewing bookkeeping, financial statements, tax projections, and other work prepared by the team.
- Business Advisory Services: Provide business advisory services to help clients achieve their financial goals, preparing or reviewing business and individual tax returns based on your tax experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, offering feedback and guidance to enhance the outsourced accounting practice.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, participating in business development initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
- Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, including previous experience managing staff, with a strong preference for experience in a CPA firm, particularly in tax and/or audit.
- Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license strongly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the healthcare/medical industry is a plus.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive and equitable compensation, compliant with local/state regulations, with a salary range of $105,000-$140,000.
