- Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations for a diverse client base, including reviewing bookkeeping, financial statements, tax projections, and other work prepared by the team.
- Business Advisory Services: Provide business advisory services to help clients achieve their financial goals, including preparing or reviewing business and individual tax returns.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, and implement changes to enhance the outsourced accounting practice.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and provide technical training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and participate in business development initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage project budgets and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
- Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, including previous experience managing staff.
- Professional Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license strongly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Experience in a CPA firm, particularly in tax and/or audit, is preferred. Experience working in the healthcare/medical industry is a plus.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive and equitable compensation, compliant with local/state regulations, ranging from $105,000 to $140,000. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, a lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
