Administrative Operations Manager

Overview:
Aegis Living Madison is seeking an Administrative Operations Manager who excels in leadership and possesses a strong aptitude for streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Operations Manager, your key contributions will include:
- Coding invoices and managing vendor documentation
- Receiving, recording, and directing payments to the relevant department(s)
- Ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable through the aging report, rent roll, and census report
- Coordinating benefits administration by clarifying benefits to new employees and any modifications during annual enrollment
- Maintaining personnel and resident administrative records
- Preparing and processing payroll information, including onboarding paperwork
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional interaction skills with colleagues, residents, and families
- High School Diploma or equivalent
