The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, human resources, and contract management, with experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Contract/Award Management: Manage the company's contracts and awards, including compliance and reporting, budgeting and expenditure tracking, and audit support.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and timekeeping management.
  • Business Origination: Support the development of bid responses and proposals, and contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role, with a strong background in finance, human resources, and contract management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting. Advanced degrees are highly regarded.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry standards, including FAR, CFR, AIDAR, and federal reporting requirements.
