Regional Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager - Outdoor Living Solutions to join our team in the Philadelphia and PA markets, as well as New Jersey and surrounding areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and supporting outdoor living solutions to customers, including bagged mulches, soils, and decorative stone products.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, with a background in DIY/Hardware/Home Improvement/Building Materials preferred. They should also be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, with Spanish a plus. Additionally, they should possess strong sales skills, confidence, and comfort with direct customer interaction, as well as demonstrated negotiating skills and financial acumen. The ability to work independently in a remote sales role is also essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Selling and supporting outdoor living solutions to customers
- Providing exceptional sales and support to a customer base of independent garden centers, commercial nurseries, regional chains, bulk yards, and specialty retail locations
- Partnering with regional personnel to enhance customer experience through sales and operations excellence
- Collaborating with sales, operation, and finance leadership on sales forecasting
- Leveraging CRM to improve customer retention and prospect close rates
