Regional Account Manager

As a Sales Manager at IMAGINiT Technologies, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Northeast region. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage, coach and develop outside sales professionals
- Lead account planning strategy sessions to retain and acquire customers
- Conduct meetings with team members to reinforce goals and objectives
- Collaborate with professional services team and internal partners to deliver high-quality products and services
- Manage sales representatives' activities by evaluating their needs and preparing for sales calls
About You:
We are looking for someone with 10+ years of Outside Sales experience, preferably in technology, and 5 years of B2B Sales Management experience. You should have a high-level understanding of sales management, sales leadership, and the customer life cycle. Proven ability to develop a sales region and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com are also required.
Estimated Salary Range: $105,000 - $200,000
Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Health Savings Account with Employer Matching Contribution, and 401(k) with company match.
Location: Midwest (with travel requirements)
