">Role Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Growth Specialist to join our Mid-Atlantic/East Coast team. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the medical management sector. They will leverage their consultative sales skills to present our suite of medical management solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Conduct regular client meetings (50% virtual, 50% in-person) to drive engagement and growth.">
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business in assigned territory.">
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base.">
- Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients, highlighting our value proposition.">
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.">
- Represent Ethos at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience within the nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
">Compensation:
">We offer a competitive base salary ($80k-$100k), uncapped commissions, and performance-based incentives with total compensation averaging $150,000. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and retirement plans, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
