Strategic National Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic National Account Development Manager to join our team at LG Chem America, Inc.

With a strong presence in the Water/Wastewater industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for national key accounts.
About the RoleThis role will focus on growing existing business and developing national strategic partnerships to achieve sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or marketing in the Water/Wastewater industry, with a proven track record of success in managing national accounts and partnering with high-performing regional sales staff.
You will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy within allocated key accounts, identifying and managing sales opportunities, and developing relationships with national strategic partners.
Responsibilities- Execute the company's go-to-market strategy within allocated key accounts
- Identify and manage sales opportunities to assist in achieving the company's annual sales objectives
- Manage key account sales pipeline within Salesforce to achieve quarterly backlog growth
- Develop and communicate the company's sales and technical concepts through technical sales presentations with the engineering team to potential industrial clients
- Identify and structure relationships with national strategic partners to help the company achieve sales targets
- Deliver market data and other reports regularly to the management team as required by the Commercial Director
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales or marketing in Water/Wastewater industry
- Experience in-depth knowledge and client network in RO and water treatment industry
- Proven ability to interface effectively with customers
- Ability to work independently but collaborate with global shareholders – marketing, engineering, R&D, and production
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
