About the Role:
The Estimator plays a crucial role in developing precise and timely project proposals and estimates, ensuring that NTI Connect remains a competitive bidder. This position involves collaboration with Project Managers and Area Directors to create multidisciplinary estimates while independently managing smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and lead times.
• Compile cost breakdowns and input data into Excel bid forms.
• Draft proposals aligned with project scopes and bidding requirements.
• Coordinate with teams and clients to produce Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Develop work schedules in partnership with project stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas and enhancements during project discussions.
• Collaborate with project management to establish project timelines.
• Review and comprehend all bidding documents and material specifications to evaluate constructability and material needs.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, cost analysis, and engineering principles.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
• Strong grasp of cost structures and market dynamics.
• Proven accountability in meeting commitments.
• Ability to differentiate and analyze subcontractor bids.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and advanced computer skills.
• Capacity to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Some travel may be necessary for projects in various regions.
