Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will engage with client management and staff to address technology-related inquiries and equipment challenges. Your role will involve:

  • Providing remote and on-site technical assistance in response to requests submitted to the IT Service Desk.
  • Supporting personal computer hardware, application software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
  • Assisting second-level support with the installation and troubleshooting of infrastructure equipment and servers.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in desktop support and configuration or relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in the installation, setup, repair, and patching of computers and peripherals.
  • General knowledge of desktop architecture, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Understanding of network hardware (switches, routers, UPS) and network fundamentals (TCP/IP).
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite in a business context.
  • Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
