Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the initiation and successful management of a significant Production program involving multiple large subcontractors. This position is based in Manassas, VA.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive weekly actuals analysis, funding assessments, and modification reviews.

- Assisting in the implementation of PPMP and PM-PR-011, which includes generating monthly IPMRs, maintaining Earned-Value work products, and supporting monthly Variance Narrative reviews with the program team.

- Creating and monitoring charge numbers using SAP and eWAD systems. - Managing invoicing and collections. - Supporting program reviews alongside Program Managers and the Financial Management team. - Providing overall financial guidance to program managers and integrated product team members to ensure financial commitments are met. - Preparing monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash utilizing Hyperion. - Responsible for Long-Range Plans and annual Operating Plans for assigned programs.

The ideal candidate must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.

The program team operates in a secured area on-site, necessitating in-office support at least two days a week or more frequently as required by the team.


Basic Qualifications

- Active security clearance at the Secret Level
- Proficient in EVMS
- Experienced user of SAP/Hyperion
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite

- Background in Cost Control, Risk Identification, and Management
- Highly Autonomous
- Effective at building cross-functional relationships; Strong communicator
- Excellent Analytical Skills

Work Schedule Flexibility

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in various locations is $86,700 - $166,300. This salary information serves as a general guideline.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
