Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transaction Management: Record and organize financial transactions to ensure accurate and compliant financial statements.
  • Tax Return Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain updated financial records.
  • Financial Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze account books for efficiency and accuracy, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Documentation and Communication: Prepare documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Cost Reduction and Revenue Enhancement: Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for those with manufacturing industry experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP, US tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
