Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the initiation and successful management of a significant Production program involving multiple large subcontractors. This position requires regular collaboration with executive leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed weekly analysis of actuals, funding, and modifications.

- Assisting in the implementation of PPMP and PM-PR-011, including the generation of monthly IPMRs, maintaining Earned-Value work products, and supporting monthly Variance Narrative reviews with the program team.

- Creating and overseeing charge numbers using SAP and eWAD systems.
- Managing invoicing and collections.
- Supporting program reviews alongside Program Managers and the Financial Management team.
- Providing comprehensive financial support to program managers and integrated product team members to ensure financial commitments are met.
- Preparing monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash utilizing Hyperion.
- Responsible for Long-Range Plans and annual Operating Plans for assigned programs.

The ideal candidate must hold a security clearance at the Secret level.

Due to the nature of the program, in-office support will be required at least two days a week or more frequently as needed by the team.


Basic Qualifications

- Active security clearance at the Secret Level
- Proficient in EVMS
- Experienced user of SAP/Hyperion
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in Cost Control, Risk Identification, and Management
- Highly autonomous
- Effective in building cross-functional relationships; strong communicator
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Skills

- Experience with FFP production contracts
- Familiarity with Progress billing
- Background in Program Start-up
- Knowledge of investment analysis and cost modeling

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,700 - $166,300, depending on location and experience.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
