In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing routine office activities, handling administrative responsibilities, and ensuring the seamless operation of our workplace. We are in search of an individual with exceptional organizational and communication abilities, who is dedicated to fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a diligent professional capable of managing a diverse range of office administrative duties, with a strong focus on detail and discretion.

The successful candidate may possess experience in non-profit organizations or have a background in administrative and office management. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a vital support resource for various departments within the firm, contributing significantly to maintaining a welcoming and productive office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources and Operations Manager, as well as the office team.
  • Manage invoice processing, budget oversight, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Oversee facility and office management tasks.
  • Coordinate project management activities.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Schedule interviews and prepare candidate itineraries.
  • Plan and execute office social events, including team-building activities and celebrations.
  • Organize various volunteer initiatives.
  • Schedule and document minutes for recurring committee meetings.
  • Assist in arranging business travel and accommodations.
  • Budget, order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
  • Manage and coordinate office calendars.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Be open to becoming a Notary Public in the state of Colorado.
