About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Danos. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations and providing exceptional support to our Director of Land and Land Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Land and Land Managers, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting requests.
  • Plan and manage large team gatherings, including meetings and catered events.
  • Manage meeting requests, including creation and distribution of agendas, meeting logistics, reminders, and consolidation of presentations.
  • Prepare reports, presentation materials, and spreadsheets for management and external presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform a full range of administrative duties, including mail handling, coordinating travel arrangements, reviewing and processing expense reports, ordering catering, securing meeting rooms and event venues, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projects.
  • Create, modify, and manage department teamsites and team calendars.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of years of professional administrative experience or related work experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to create and manage detailed and complex reports and spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, willingness to meet new people, and fostering a positive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsets required.
  • Candidate must reside within a -mile radius of Denver, CO.

Physical Requirements:

The company will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Utilizes multi-limb coordination and flexibility combined with control precision to perform fine motor skills, including finger manipulation, grasping, feeling, arm-hand steadiness, in order to push, pull, or lift objects.

Work Environment:
