Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of our office at Light Blix. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries and handle messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Data Entry: Input data into company databases and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as needed, including event planning and coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
