Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, Traveling Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will travel to various locations to support the local team during periods of absence of their Front Desk Receptionist (due to vacation, medical leave, etc.). Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming clients, managing administrative tasks, and assisting the Sales Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle incoming calls for appointment scheduling and general inquiries.
  • Confirm appointments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with follow-up calls to clients regarding consultations and promotions (no cold calling involved).
  • Support clinic operations, including treatment room maintenance and event assistance.
  • Process financial transactions accurately.
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks.
  • Conduct various administrative functions such as filing and photocopying.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must reside near a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (4-14 overnight stays).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility for weekend shifts and travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license and capability to rent a vehicle.
  • Physical ability to lift 20-40 pounds.
