Position Overview:
As a Reception Specialist, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, managing clinic schedules, and assisting with various administrative functions.

Primary Duties:
  • Oversee front desk operations, including answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Process co-pays and gather insurance information.
  • Coordinate clinic appointments and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Assist with correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with site maintenance and data entry protocols.
  • Support compliance initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a reception role or relevant training.
  • Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing and appointment management.
  • Proficient in computer operations and word processing software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient medical environment.
