Position Overview:
As a Reception Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, manage clinic appointments, and assist with various administrative functions.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee front desk operations, including answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Process co-pays and gather insurance information.
  • Coordinate clinic appointments and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Assist with correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with site maintenance and data entry tasks.
  • Support compliance initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a reception role or relevant training.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing and appointment scheduling.
  • Proficient in computer operations and word processing applications.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic outpatient medical environment.
