Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week with set shifts.
  • On-call shifts may be required in addition to regular hours.

Essential Duties:
  • Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide necessary forms during check-in and complete patient registration in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Verify insurance coverage electronically and collect payments due at the time of service.
  • Facilitate patient check-out by organizing and managing medical records.
  • Handle incoming calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage incoming emails and faxes, ensuring timely responses to requests.
  • Oversee cash drawer setup and close-out procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including disinfecting common areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
