Position: Administrative Coordinator
Our organization is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with addressing client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries regarding pricing and service details.
- Oversee internal projects and initiatives.
- Conduct general administrative tasks.
- Acquire knowledge of company offerings.
- Initiate outbound communications to promote services.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable using the SAGE100 system.
- Supervise a small team and coordinate office operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a forklift operator is required.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage x3.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Weekly pay schedule.
- Direct deposit available.
