Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Wellness Services department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Wellness Services department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing events, including conferences, workshops, and support groups.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the department's calendar, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled and coordinated.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Some college required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Non-profit experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong understanding of administrative procedures.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work independently.
